Rose AZ (2020)
Description:
Rose who is ready to try a new short cut and she wanted us to pick the cut for her. We had her play the hat game where you draw a number from a hat to determine which cut you get next. The numbers range from 1-10 with number 1 being the longest cut possible to number 10 which is bald. The rules of the game however state you must draw 3 cuts out of the hat with each one being shorter than the last and the clippers are at the girls forehead when they draw so if they get a 10, they can't back out.
Rose drew her first number which was a 4 and instead of doing an in between cut we did a trim so she would be able to donate more hair with her second cut. With her second draw she got a 10 immediately after saying she hopes it wasn't a 10, which meant she was getting her head shaved. In order to allow for maximum hair donation we ended up having Monica shave her head while it was in a ponytail to donate all of her remaining hair. To say Rose was shocked she was getting her head shave, would be an understatement. After Monica shaved her head with the clippers she used the foil shaver to give her the final bald look. In the end Rose loved her new look and was glad she got it shaved.
